By accessing and using Iftiinshe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

Iftiinshe is a platform that allows students to request and access past exam papers. The service is intended solely for educational purposes.

To use our services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify the administration immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Access to exam papers is provided on a paid basis. The following terms apply:

• Exam papers will be unlocked only after your payment has been received and verified by an administrator.
• Prices for exam year access are displayed on the dashboard and may change at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are non-refundable once the access request has been approved and the year has been unlocked.
• All payments are processed through WhatsApp as described on the platform.
• Access is granted on a per-year basis. Each year must be purchased separately.

When using Iftiinshe, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, distributing, or forwarding any exam papers you have purchased to other people.
• Attempting to access another student's account or personal data.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than its intended educational use.
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the platform.
• Attempting to bypass any security measures or access controls on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the system.

All content on the Iftiinshe platform, including but not limited to exam papers, design elements, logos, and text, are the property of Iftiinshe or its content providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to download, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without explicit written permission from Iftiinshe.

We reserve the right to manage accounts under the following conditions:

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of these Terms of Service.
• You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting the administration.
• Upon account suspension or termination, access to all purchased exam papers will be revoked immediately.
• No refunds will be issued for access already granted prior to suspension or termination.

Iftiinshe provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of exam paper content.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• Any specific results from using the exam papers for study purposes.

Iftiinshe shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify students through the platform's notification system. Your continued use of Iftiinshe after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
